PEOL Technologies Private Limited ("PEOL", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites www.peolsolutions.com and c16.ai, and through the C16.ai service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: when you fill in a contact or request form (for example the Discovery Report request on c16.ai) or email us, we collect your name, business email address, company, and any details you include in your message.
- C16.ai account information: when you sign in to the C16.ai service we collect your business email address, which is also used to send you a one-time sign-in code, and standard activity records needed to operate and secure the service.
- Usage information: like most websites, we may collect standard technical data (such as browser type, device, and pages visited) to understand how the sites are used and to keep them secure.
- Cookies: c16.ai does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. www.peolsolutions.com may use essential and analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the information or services you request.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website.
- To communicate with you about our services, where you have asked us to or where permitted by law.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our websites and services and respond to enquiries, and where required by law. These providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf. They currently include:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our websites and may process technical data such as your IP address for security purposes.
- YouTube (Google), which serves the demonstration video embedded on c16.ai. The video is loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and only after you choose to play it, at which point Google's privacy policy applies.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the C16.ai service.
- AI model providers, which process requests made through the C16.ai service in order to generate responses.
- Email and form-processing providers, which deliver enquiries and sign-in codes to and from us.
The C16.ai service
C16.ai is PEOL's software service for SAP customers. When a customer organisation connects its SAP system to C16.ai, the SAP data that the service reads belongs to that customer and is processed on the customer's instructions under the customer agreement and a data processing agreement, with PEOL acting as processor. That data is used only to provide the service to the customer, is processed transiently to answer the customer's requests, and is never used to train AI models. Questions about a customer's SAP data should be directed to the customer organisation, which controls that data.
Data security & retention
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@peolsolutions.com.
International visitors
PEOL is based in India and serves customers globally. If you access the site from outside India, your information may be processed in India and other countries where our providers operate.
