In September 2010, Prashant G Nagathan and Vinod Kumar G R — colleagues from their SAP days — set out to build a different kind of SAP firm: one where deep technical craft met genuine ownership of the customer's outcome.
Sixteen years later, PEOL has grown into a full enterprise-application services provider and a recognized SAP Partner — a one-stop shop for SAP and digital transformation. We implement, run, upgrade and migrate SAP; we build products that ship on SAP Ariba and SAP BTP; and we built C16.ai, our AI-native platform for SAP.
What hasn't changed is how we hire and how we work: we look for fire-in-the-belly learners, invest heavily in training them, and keep them for the long haul. Multi-skilled consultants, low attrition, and a simple belief — happy employees produce happy customers.
